BEFORE INSTALLING, COPYING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR OTHERWISE
USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS
AND CONDITIONS. INSTALLING, COPYING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR
OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND
UNDERSTAND THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE WITH THEM, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, DOWNLOAD, ACCESS, OR
OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS LICENSED TO YOU ON A NON-EXCLUSIVE,
NON-ASSIGNABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, LIMITED, PERSONAL BASIS, NOT SOLD.

This is a legal agreement between you and Points3D.com covering
your use of Points3D (the “Software”).

1) Points3D Software is owned by Points3D.com and is protected by
copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you
must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.

2) You may not distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make
available to others the Software or copies thereof,
except as expressly permitted in this License without prior written
consent from Points3D.com. In the case of an authorized transfer, the
transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this
License Agreement.

3) You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks on
the Software or documentation. You may not modify, de-compile,
disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.

4) Disclaimer: This software is provided “as-is” without any express
or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.

In no event shall the regents or contributors be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential
damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of
substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits;
or business interruption) however caused and on any theory
of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or
tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any
way out of the use of this software, even if advised of
the possibility of such damage.
